It’s from the same brand as our best-rated product, and it’s light enough to carry in one hand, super quiet, and efficient—all qualities we love about the Pet Deluxe. The cordless version is a little easier to set up, lighter, and more portable.
During testing, the device left barely any trace of the dark soda and removed 75% of stains with just one pass. The salsa and mud stains were more stubborn, and we used them 30-50 times before they were completely removed. We think spraying a stronger solution directly on the carpet would help break up particles and remove tough stains more effectively.
The vacuum has two modes—turbo and eco—with turbo having a stronger suction. Regardless of which mode you choose, the battery lasts up to 35 minutes. In our testing, it lasted over 4 hours on battery, which is great for quickly removing small stains.
Despite its compact size, we only had to empty the water tank once after testing large stains in our lab. The device also comes with two attachments, one for cleaning and scrubbing carpets, and another for connecting the machine to a hose.
Overall, we really liked this cordless carpet cleaner for its ease of use, cordless design, and ability to effectively clean even small, fresh stains. It’s also a good choice for those cleaning upholstery furniture, hard-to-reach stains, carpet stains, car interiors, and patio furniture in smaller spaces.
We tend to use this model over the original Little Green in our long-term testing because its cordless design makes it easier to operate. For homes with less carpet, we think this model’s run time of 25-30 minutes in eco mode is ideal.
