I’m not going to make excuses for you: the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI Ultra is the best vacuum in the world. It’s absolutely the best vacuum I’ve ever tested or used. I love everything about this vacuum, from its superior cleaning power to its sleek design.
Samsung makes a range of Jet vacuums, including the Bespoke Jet robot vacuum and the Jet Pet. However, the Bespoke Jet AI Ultra is the best of the best and the most premium vacuum of its kind.
This vacuum was announced in March 2025 and officially became available in April 2025. I’m happy to report that Samsung’s claim of “the world’s most powerful vacuum” is indeed 100% true.
The Samsung Bespoke Jet AI Ultra (repeat 10 times) is priced at $1,099 on Amazon US and £1,199 on Samsung UK. It doesn’t appear to be available on Amazon UK yet.
This makes it one of the most expensive vacuums I’ve ever seen, but there’s a reason for that. Sometimes good things really do cost a lot. The Bespoke Jet AI (that’s what I’ll call it for now, to save my hands) cleans automatically, is Wi-Fi and smart home-enabled, and it cleans really well. I can’t fault the price.
One of the highlights of the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI vacuum is its design. It’s very unique and definitely one of the smartest-designed vacuums I’ve ever reviewed.
The Bespoke Jet AI is a cross between a cordless upright vacuum and a robot vacuum: it consists of an upright vacuum and a cleaning station.
When you place the vacuum on the cleaning station, it automatically empties the vacuum’s dust bin. But be aware that it’s not magnetic and doesn’t snap into place. A slight shake and the vacuum may fall off.
The Bespoke Jet AI comes in black and mint green. I tested the mint green, and if I were buying it for myself, I’d definitely go with the mint green. The cleaning station is large, so make sure to choose the color that best suits your space.
The vacuum itself comes with five tools and a tool holder. The tool holder looks like an old-school iron stove tool holder, but it’s made of a thin layer of plastic. I was a little disappointed by the fragility of the tool holder, given the build quality of the vacuum itself. However, it was still big enough to hold my tools, so the flimsy construction didn’t negatively impact usability.
The tools are: the Pet Cleaner (excellent for hair), the Active Dual Brush (general purpose), the Slim LED (hard floor cleaning), and a handheld crevice cleaner and a soft cleaner for hard-to-reach spots.
The Pet Cleaner is absolutely amazing at cleaning stubborn hair, which I’ll talk more about later. While the Slim LED Cleaner is only for hard floors, I found it to be very effective at cleaning my short-pile carpets. Finally, the Active Dual Brush is the ideal all-around cleaner: it cleans my short-pile carpets and hard floors in a flash.
Since this vacuum can be easily converted to a handheld, I found it to be very versatile and capable of cleaning my entire house. I can clean both carpets and hard floors without having to change brushes. I can easily reach into the crevices next to the refrigerator and under cabinets.
There is a bright screen on the handle of the vacuum cleaner that shows the remaining battery power, the current cleaning power, and allows you to control the cleaning mode.
I found this screen very easy to use and very useful. It will alert you if there are any blockages or if the vacuum cleaner has turned on a more powerful cleaning mode.
