LionsBot International says its cleaning robots are in use in more than 30 countries and has launched three new products – R3 Vac, R3 Scrub Pro and MagicTag.
The company says the new products “revolutionize autonomous professional cleaning.” R3 Vac and R3 Scrub Pro are professional-grade vacuuming and scrubbing robots respectively, while MagicTag makes both LionsBots “zero-click” and extremely easy to use.
Currently, there is a global shortage of professional cleaning staff. However, most professional cleaning robots still require users to undergo extensive training before they can be used. Coupled with the high turnover rate in the cleaning industry, this approach is not realistic.
With the patent-pending MagicTag “zero-click” feature, R3 Vac and R3 Scrub Pro are designed to be among the easiest robots to use. Any cleaning staff can easily operate the robot through the touch screen and deploy it in minutes.

LionsBot’s latest product, MagicTag, simplifies the traditional multi-step setup process into a one-step operation, making it easy for anyone to complete cleaning work without extensive training. For Sun Jingyou, a cleaner at Absolute Maintenance Services, cleaning with MagicTag “changed his life.”
Before MagicTag, it used to take up to 10 minutes to start a cleaning robot. “I used to have to bring the robot to a fixed area and repeatedly try to get it to locate. Once it was successfully located, I would enter the settings specific to each cleaning area. All these steps were just to start the robot,” said Mr. Sun.
Now, he simply pushes the R3 Vac near the MagicTag. It automatically remembers the cleaning area and starts cleaning. “I don’t even need to press any buttons – the robot automatically starts cleaning within 10 seconds.”
MagicTag also reduces training time for cleaners and their managers, further improving the efficiency of an organization. “I’m 52 years old and, to be honest, I’m not very tech-savvy. The old robots were frustrating and confusing at times,” said Ms. Sun.
“I also avoided bothering my manager because I knew he was busy, too. I felt stressed every time I used a robot until the company introduced MagicTag. I quickly learned how to use it with the R3 Vac.”
